Spinal Stenosis is a narrowing of the disc height between the vertebrae.  There  are a few things you can do to minimize the pain and problems caused by stenosis.

  • Drink pure water. dehydration can make stenosis worse. The discs rely on good hydration.
  • He does not mention this in the video, but I have found inversion table therapy to be helpful
  • Be aware of you pelvic tilt. Watch the video for more details about the degree of tilt in the pelvis.
