Fish oil or increasing or omega 3 levels is an excellent way to reduce pain. Omega 3 has many good qualities but it’s best one is it’s anti inflammatory properties. It is great for minor aches and pains. Also helps with arthritis pains and helps with heart health among many other health benefits. So increase your omega 3 and decrease your omega 6’s.
Thank you so much for posting this. I am really in search for some pain relief but I do not like to take prescribed medicine with all those side effects. I will give this a try.
