Laser light is different than visible light in its characteristics of collimation (all emitted light is almost perfectly parallel), coherent (light waves are all in phase in both time and space) and monochromatic (one specific wave length).

I have excruciating pain that stats at my left buttocks area and raidiates al the way to my heal.Behind my left knee the muscles get so tight I cannot bend my knee. I can no longe get down on my hands and knees. When I drive my car the pain radiates down my leg and it is so painful that sometimes I have to get out of my car and stretch my legs and walk around to rid myself of the pain. At times getting in my car my left knee doesnt want to bend and getting back inthe car is very painful. I work for a therapy company and I am always doing heavy lifting and unable to prevent this. I have always worked out in the gym and want so badly to go back. I am ahving a MRI to see what exactly is the problem so I can find a solution, Are people with Sciatica able to go back to reisstive and cardio training???
Thank You, Cynthia Cashman
