L4-L5Here is an interesting technique that offers spinal decompression and a list of other benefits.

It was developed by  renowned osteopath Guy Voyer of Marseilles, France.

ELDOA is actually the French acronym for Etierement Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation OsteoArticulaire

Low Back Pain: ELDOA L4-L5

The English term is Longitudinal Osteo Articular Decoaptation Stretching, the shortcut for that tongue twister is LOADS.

Some of the benefits practitioners are claiming:

  • Reduced vertebral compression
  • Spinal disc rehydration
  • Better circulation
  • Improve muscle tone
