Very practical and indicative of how to use simple everyday items for results. One of nice things about the physical therapists and chiropractors is they use things found in home for results, rather than refer out for expensive contraptions that many times are not really necessary.
i very much prefer bath towels that are made of cotton or polyester, they are very soft and easy to dry,..
