Start out lying on your back, with arms spread out. Be sure to follow Lillah’s instructions regarding the position of the knees. This pose takes only a couple minutes to do.

Hi Joyce,

Exercise does not have to be a scheduled time to move. Try when you sit to occassionally pick up your legs while sitting and hold them, or to simply press any body part against a chair/ steering wheel/ against floor with top of feet when sitting at table and do that several times a day. That is also good for you as you have a non moveable object and you can create force without fear of injury while doing so.
