The tittle should how to cause and keep your back pain. All of the research (Mcgill, Porterfield and DeRosa, Sahrmann) is saying the opposite of this lumbar spine stability, thoracic and hip mobility. Yes we need the inherant mobility that the lumbar spine posesses but we need stretch the lower back, in fact stretching anything that is tight is usually wrong most tightness is neural and in this instance we will make the muscle tighter by stretching.
