According to the guy in this video, a chiropractor, these few simple exercises can help with lower back pain. I would definitely recommend talking to your doctor first, before trying these. Everyone is different, these unique exercises may be great for one person and terrible for another.

Since I got in a motorcycle accident a few weeks back, I have some lower back pain to work with. I’ll try these exercises for myself and see what goes.
I learned a movement similar to the first one in yoga class long ago. It really does help to loosen up lower back muscles, when thye are tight.
The second exercise, is very similar to the bridge pose in yoga. Kicking out the leg, adds the lower back strengthening element.
He is right about people hunching over, forward dominate. The cobra pose provides an opposing move tho offset the tendencyies we get form sitting in front of a computer, or sitting wherever.
