Easier Poses
The seated Pigeon pose really helps to open up the hips. The regular pigeon is one of the favorite yoga poses for sciatica, this version is a lot easier, and it can be done anytime. A good stretch for the piriformis muscle, a major culprit in sciatica pain going down the leg.
